What is your Return Policy?

At Highland Blooms, we want you to love every piece you receive. Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Please note that we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve it quickly.

How do I start a Return?

  1. Contact our customer support team at highlandcreativecommercials@gmail.com, including your order number and a brief reason for your return.
  2. Once we review your request, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if eligible.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, in line with Australian Consumer Law. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hihglandcreativecommercials@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few photos of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
